#299 SportWhile allegations of match-fixing at the Asia Pacific Championships have been all over the news lately shattering the tranquil world of lawn bowling, it didn't appear to have any affect on this genteel group who were out enjoying the sport this week!

#92 Famous AuthorsMany famous authors have been housed here over the years...but not recently! The current VPL is much bigger but not as pleasing to my eye, so I have opted for this stretch-shot for the theme instead!

#239 PowerWhile I have no interest in understanding the role of a transformer, I completely understand it's importance when it comes to power...when it's out, we are without!

#117 GapThe gap on this cruise ship may look small in comparison to the size of the vessel (shown in post #234) but it's definitely big enough for this man to climb through!

#65 Cookery

Since one of the meanings of cookery is 'the practice of cooking', I am going to stretch this theme to fit my pics because cooking includes 'the practice of preparing food'...so, while technically nothing was 'cooked' per se...well, you get the picture! lol I made a yummy veggie slaw (click HERE) and this is where it all began! I bagged up all the extras for the freezer...and will be using them in the upcoming soups, stews or stirfrys that I make.
