Yum indeed, I feel better already. Great color.
My DH was aghast when I took over cooking after I became the mistress of the house, when I put raw asparagus in the salad. He liked it. He was also astonished when I placed green grapes in a salad. Now, he asks for it. In the NW, if you know where to find it, asparagus grows in the wild. It is not quite as large as the cultivated variety, but is very good and sweet.
