by his owner? perhaps! and maybe, just maybe, a passerby placed him in the protective custody of this tree until he is reunited with his owner again---at least that is what I thought! I noticed him during our walk to the grocery store and just HAD to take a pic of course...

I don't think he is abandoned, I think he is the super hero who keeps our cities safe! What a fabulous find!
LOL..maybe he's a leftover from Halloween that was taken by a trickster! GREAT find & capture!
Or maybe he's a lookout for the rest of the superheroes in hiding...great catch!
