While Canada grows an abundance of it's own fruit, it also enjoys fruit imported from every corner of the globe. While I don't recall where these Lychee fruit originated from, I can tell you they were definitely imported as they are not grown anywhere around here!

Your choice of colors to complement the fruit is great! Really makes it pop.
I like the orange in the blue bowl. These guys look prickly - how do they tast!
and what do these taste like? maybe you can link another theme to the peeling and the eating of this unusual fruit. Great shot, textures detail and contrasting of colors.
Don't think I have ever seen fruit like that, curious what they taste like! Love the bright colors and the texture, Nice job on the detail!
Fantastic colors.
Loks very odd as a fruit - so bumpy. Great color choices.

Another shout out for the color. The texture is fabulous too.
Wow! The beautiful purple bowl sets off the fruit so well. I've had lychee ice cream before and it was really good! This is a wonderful composition...
Beautiful shot! Your entire blog is so colorful. If I had that gorgeous pottery I'd use it in as many shots as possible!
