#348 Vapor
With steam being the most common example of vapor, I am sharing another meal shot with you for this theme: Perogies with Kale (and a sliced turkey dog/smokie)...and yes, I have a 'thing' for kale! Photo has not been edited and the yellow tinge to the perogies is actually turmeric.

recipe for veejayr: very simple.

*boil perogies until they float
*pan fry onions in a wee bit of oil or butter
*add your sliced meat
*add boiled perogies to fry pan (keeping water-use slotted spoon to transfer)
*season with pepper and turmeric
*blanch the kale quickly in the perogy water and then add to pan to saute with everything else...

Serve and Enjoy!

I just had dinner and this makes me hungry! Nicely done (recipe and "steam"). Thank you, too, for your comments on my photos.
